AI + Automations Engineer

Atrium Academy

  • Designed and built an LLM-assisted admissions pipeline (n8n, Claude, GitHub enrichment) that scored and triaged 2,500+ developer applications with human-in-the-loop review, cutting response time from weeks to hours

  • Replaced a fragile, manual Airtable process with an ATS-style system (linked applicant profiles, a weighted scoring rubric, automated acceptance and enrollment) that eliminated data loss and per-cohort busywork

  • Migrated the automation stack from Zapier to n8n (~40 automations consolidated into ~21 workflows), with efficiencies that let one person run admissions end to end and freed capacity to take on a second program
